The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has released the All India Entrance Examination Post Graduate (AIEEA PG) 2026 Round 4 seat allotment result on the official counselling portal at icarcounseling.com. The Round 4 allotment was published on October 15, 2026, from 11:00 AM onwards. Candidates can check the result using their Application Number and password on the student login page.
Allotted candidates must complete the online seat acceptance fee payment by October 16, 2026, 4:00 PM. Document resubmission, if the portal flags it, must be done by 2:00 PM the same day. Physical reporting at the allotted university begins at 8:00 PM on October 16, 2026.
The counselling is held for admission to postgraduate agriculture and allied programmes offered by ICAR-affiliated universities for the 2026-27 academic session. Round 4 is the last regular round before the Mop-Up Round scheduled for October 19.

Seat Acceptance Fee and Reporting Process
The seat acceptance fee for ICAR AIEEA PG 2026 counselling is Rs 10,000. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online through the counselling portal. The amount is later adjusted against the final admission fee of the allotted university.
Candidates who wish to opt out of the allotted seat can use the withdrawal option before 3:00 PM on October 16. Those retaining the seat must report at the allotted university from 8:00 PM on the same day. Original academic documents must be carried for verification at the institute.
Candidates who do not pay the fee or report within the deadline will forfeit the allotted seat. Such vacated seats will move into the Mop-Up Round pool from October 19, 2026.
