ICAR Round 4 Seat Allotment Result 2026 Out; Check Fee Payment Deadline

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has released the Round 4 seat allotment result 2026 for undergraduate counselling. The result is live on the official portal at icarcounseling.com. Allotted candidates can view their result from August 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Candidates must log in through the Applicant Login window using their application number and password. The allotment letter can be downloaded from the Student Login section. This round follows three earlier rounds of ICAR UG counselling 2026.

Those who accept the seat must deposit the Rs 10,000 non-refundable Seat Acceptance Fee by the deadline. Failure to pay within the window will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat. Vacant seats will move to the Mop-Up round.

1. Visit the official portal at icarcounseling.com.
2. Click on the Applicant Login link on the homepage.
3. Enter your application number and password.
4. Open the Round 4 seat allotment section.
5. Download the provisional allotment letter for reference.

How to Pay the ICAR Seat Acceptance Fee?

The Seat Acceptance Fee of Rs 10,000 must be paid online through the portal. Payment confirms the allotted seat for the current round.

1. Log in to the applicant dashboard on icarcounseling.com.
2. Open the fee payment tab under Round 4.
3. Choose a payment mode such as net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
4. Pay the Rs 10,000 non-refundable Seat Acceptance Fee.
5. Download and save the payment receipt for records.

Documents Required for ICAR Counselling 2026

Candidates must upload the required documents before the verification deadline. Missing or wrong documents can lead to seat cancellation.

• NTA CUET UG 2026 admit card and rank scorecard
• ICAR merit rank card printout
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
• Domicile or state residence certificate from a competent authority
• Category certificate for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, or PwBD candidates
• Medical fitness certificate in the prescribed format
• Character certificate from the last attended school

1. Log in to icarcounseling.com and download the Round 4 allotment letter.
2. Complete document verification by August 16 at 2:00 PM.
3. Resubmit any rejected documents by August 16 at 5:00 PM.
4. Decide on seat acceptance or withdrawal before 6:00 PM on August 16.
5. Pay the Rs 10,000 Seat Acceptance Fee by August 16 at 8:00 PM.
6. Save the payment receipt and report to the allotted university on schedule.
