In what could be expected of thousands of candidates across the country, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) announced the CS Executive Entry Test (CSEET) 2020 result on Thursday, September 17, 2020. The result was announced by the ICSI on its official website icsi.edu at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

In a statement on Wednesday afternoon, the ICSI stated that the results of the ICSI CSEET 2020, which took place on August 29 and 31 of this year, would be announced on September 17 at 2 p.m., adding that "the result, together with the subject-matter of the individual candidate, will be available on the institute's website — icsi.edu."
"Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of the CS Executive Entry Test will be uploaded to the website of the Insitute: www.icsi.edu immediately following the declaration of results for download by candidates for reference, use and record. No physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be issued to the candidates," said the ICSI on Wednesday.

ICSI CSEET Result 2020: How to Check?
Step 1: Applicants would first of all need to visit the ICSI official website at icsi.edu.
Step 2: On the home page of the official ICSI website, candidates would need to click on the link that says "CSEET Results 2020"
Step 3: Applicants would now need to enter their credentials and login details.
Step 4: After this, you will see ICSI CSEET Result 2020 on the display screen.
Step 5: Check and verify the ICSI CSEET Result 2020
Step 6: Download your ICSI CSEET Result 2020 and print for future use.

The ICSI CSEET examination took place on 29 and 31 August this year in remote mode due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis. It was introduced in 2020 as a compulsory entrance examination for registration in the Executive Programme.
"CSEET has been introduced, taking into account the diverse academic standards of students seeking admission to the Company Secretary Course, to attract high-profile students and to test their aptitude for the Company Secretary profession," the ISCI stated earlier this year.
