August 8, 2020: The Application Form for Class 10th and 12th Compartment exams has been started by JAC.
July 31, 2020: Application for scrutiny of answer sheet for class 10 started. Application form shall be filled and submitted online on the official website.

Candidates who appeared for the board exams can check their marks online at the official website by entering their roll code and roll number. Candidates who wish to apply for scrutiny can do the same by filling the application form on the official website. The last date to apply for scrutiny of answer sheet is August 25, 2020. This year, about 3.2 lakh students sat for 12th board exams which were held between February 11 and 28, 2020 including 90,000 from science, 47,000 from commerce, and 1.8 lakh from humanities. Arts Stream students outperformed among all the streams with the pass percentage of 82.53%. Jharkhand Academic Council chairman has confirmed a news portal that some evaluation work is pending which will be completed in a day or two. Though board results are generally announced every year in May, 2020 will see a delay due to the nationwide COVID-19 lockdown. Students are advised to keep checking the website for any official notice regarding board results.

Class 10 board exams started from February 11 and continued till February 28, 2020. Approximately 3.8 lakh students took this exam.
