The seat matrix and fresh option entry will also be completed within this period, followed by the provisional allotment result on December 5. As per the official notice, the round 3 seat matrix will be published on December 3, 2025, after 6 PM. Once released, candidates can check available seats and proceed with the fresh option entry for the final round.

Eligible students can enter their choices from December 3 (6 PM) until December 5, 2025 (1 PM). It is important to review choices carefully because the final round does not offer further correction or withdrawal options.

Based on the options submitted, the provisional seat allotment result for Karnataka AYUSH UGNEET counselling will be declared on December 5, 2025, after 6 PM. The final seat allotment list will be published the next day on December 6, 2025, after 2 PM.
