KEA has extended the activity schedule for NEET PG Round 1 candidates after seat allotment with no further extension.
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the dates for activities after the NEET PG Round 1 seat allotment, allowing candidates additional time to complete formalities such as choice exercising, challan download, fee payment, and reporting.
The updated schedule was published on December 03, 2025, confirming the new deadlines for each step. KEA has clearly mentioned that the revised dates have no further extension, and all candidates must complete their admission process within the new timeline.

KEA has revised multiple activities for PG Medical admissions under PGCET/PGNEET 2025. According to the notice, candidates allotted seats in the first round can exercise choices till December 04, 2025, up to 4:00 PM. The revision aims to give candidates more time before the final admission process.
The choice-1 and choice-2 fee challan can be downloaded till December 05, 2025, 1:00 PM. After downloading the challan, candidates can complete fee payment for choice-1 and choice-2 till December 05, 2025. These steps are mandatory before document submission.
Candidates must submit their original documents at KEA, Malleshwaram, from December 06 to 07, 2025, between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM. The college copy of the admission order for Choice-1 fee-paid candidates will be available from December 07, 2025, till 1:00 PM. After that, candidates can report to their allotted medical colleges.
The final reporting deadline at the allotted medical college is December 07, 2025, 5:30 PM. KEA has mentioned that institutes must treat Saturdays, Sundays, and Gazetted holidays as working days to ensure timely completion of the counseling process as per MCC guidelines.
Candidates who complete fee payment and document verification under Choice-1 must report to the allotted college with the admission order, Aadhaar card, verification slip, required documents, and mobile phone for OTP authentication. The college will complete photo verification and then download the college copy of the order to confirm admission.
