The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Government of Maharashtra, has revised the MAH BBA BCA BMS BBM CET CAP 2026 schedule. Candidates can now complete CAP registration till July 26, 2026 (5 PM), while document verification and online application confirmation will continue till July 27, 2026 (5 PM). What Happens After the Provisional Merit List?
The State CET Cell will publish the provisional merit list on July 29, 2026. Candidates can view their rank, category status, and personal details on the portal.
A grievance window will open from July 30 to August 1, 2026. Applicants can flag any error during this period. No changes will be accepted after 5 PM on August 1.
The final merit list will be released on August 3, 2026. Seat allotment rounds and option filling will follow as per the CAP schedule.
What Is the CAP 2026 Registration Fee?

The registration fee is non-refundable once paid. Payment is accepted through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

Applicants who miss the 5 PM cut-off today cannot appear on the provisional merit list. Confirmation is the final step that carries a candidate into the CAP allotment pool.
Action Plan for Candidates
- Visit the official CAP portal at bba2026.mahacet.org.in before the registration deadline.
- Complete CAP registration by July 26, 2026 (5 PM).
- Log in with your registered credentials and verify that all uploaded documents are clear and accurate.
- Complete E-Scrutiny online or visit the allotted Physical Scrutiny Centre for verification.
- Confirm your application online by July 27, 2026 (5 PM) and save the confirmation receipt.
- Mark July 29, 2026 for the provisional merit list release.
The provisional merit list will be released on July 29, 2026. Candidates should also note the grievance window from July 30 to August 1, 2026, followed by the final merit list on August 3, 2026.
