The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has issued the allotment. The Maharashtra BCA Common Entrance Test (MAH BCA CET) 2026 Round 1 result is out. The Centralised Admission Process (CAP) provisional list went live on August 12, 2026. Candidates can check it on the official portal at bca2026.mahacet.org.

The result covers BCA and Integrated MCA admissions across Maharashtra. Seat acceptance and self-verification run from August 12 to 14 (up to 3 PM). Reporting to the allotted institute closes at 5 PM on August 14, 2026.

The CAP Round 1 allotment follows two earlier merit lists. The provisional merit list was published on July 29, 2026. The final merit list was released on August 3, 2026.

How to Check the MAH BCA CET 2026 CAP Round 1 Allotment?

Follow the steps below to view the allotted seat online.

Visit the official portal at bca2026.mahacet.org.
Click on the CAP Round 1 allotment status link on the homepage.
Enter your application ID and password to log in.
The allotted institute and course will appear on screen.
Download the allotment letter for future reference.

Candidates can also view the institute-wise allotment list on the portal. The list shows programme-level cut-offs for each participating college.

How to Accept the Allotted Seat?

Candidates must complete two steps to confirm the allotted seat.

First, log in and complete self-verification of personal and academic details. Confirm that qualifying marks, category, gender, and reservation are accurate. Report any grievance online if a correction is required. Next, pay the seat acceptance fee before 3 PM on August 14.

Applicants allotted their first preference are auto-frozen for the round. They cannot participate in any later CAP rounds. Others must choose the Not Freeze or Betterment option while paying the fee. This keeps them eligible for higher preferences in later rounds.

After online acceptance, candidates must report to the allotted institute in person. Reporting closes at 5 PM on August 14, 2026. Carry the allotment letter, originals, and photocopies for admission confirmation. Failure to report on time will lead to seat cancellation.

Auto Freeze Rule to Note

First-preference allotments are auto-frozen for the round. Such candidates cannot appear in later CAP rounds. Choose the betterment option only if you want a higher preference.
