Maharashtra NEET UG Round 2 Allotment Trend

The 2026 allotment reflects a similar pattern seen in the previous cycle. In 2025, Round 2 saw a larger candidate pool secure seats due to a higher seat matrix.

Year Round 2 Seats Allotted
2025 31,409
2026 10,938
Why This Matters

The six-day reporting window is strict. Candidates who miss the September 18 deadline forfeit their allotted seat. The seat then moves to the vacancy pool for subsequent rounds.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in to medical2026.mahacet.org and download the allotment letter.
  2. Arrange all original documents and three sets of self-attested photocopies.
  3. Prepare the demand draft for the prescribed institutional fee.
  4. Report to the allotted college between September 13 and 18, 2026.
  5. Complete document verification and admission formalities on-site.
Keep an Eye On

The MAH CET Cell is expected to release the Round 3 seat matrix and vacancy list shortly. Candidates not admitted in Round 2 should watch the portal for Round 3 registration dates.
