State CET Cell Maharashtra has released the MAH NEET UG 2026 Round 2 seat matrix at medical2026.mahacet.org. Choice filling closes September 11 at 3 PM. Seat allotment result comes on September 12, 2026.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra (CET Cell) has released the Maharashtra NEET Undergraduate (MAH NEET UG) 2026 Round 2 seat matrix on the official website at medical2026.mahacet.org. The seat matrix covers vacant MBBS and BDS seats across government, corporation, and private unaided medical and dental colleges in the state.
The Round 2 seat matrix includes both clear vacancies and virtual vacancies for the 85 percent state quota and institutional quota seats. Registered candidates can now view the seat position and start filling their college preferences on the official portal.
Choice filling for Round 2 has opened from 3:30 PM on September 8, 2026. The window will remain active until 3:00 PM on September 11, 2026. The provisional seat allotment result is scheduled for September 12, 2026.

MAH NEET UG 2026 Seat Position
A total of 9,000 MBBS seats and 3,526 BDS seats are available for admission through MAH NEET UG counselling 2026. These seats are spread across government medical colleges, municipal corporation colleges, and private unaided institutions in Maharashtra.
The Round 2 matrix has two published PDFs on the CET Cell portal. One lists the clear MBBS and BDS vacancies. The other lists the virtual vacancy position for the UG-A category.

How to Fill Choices for Round 2?
Registered candidates must log in to the counselling portal to fill their preferences. The choice filling window is open only till 3:00 PM on September 11, 2026.
- Log in at medical2026.mahacet.org using your application ID and password.
- Go to the Round 2 choice filling section on the dashboard.
- Select and arrange your preferred colleges and courses in order.
