Maharashtra Board Exam 2020: Decision on SSC and HSC Re-exam Delayed

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education (MSBSHSE) has still not taken any decision on conducting the SSC and HSC Re-exam yet. The board had declared the SSC and HSC Results  on July 16 and July 19, 2020 respectively.

Students and Teachers are eagerly waiting for the board to release the exam schedule of Class 10th and 12th re-exam.

Teachers while speaking on this matter said that students who have failed will either not get enough time to prepare for the test whenever it is announced or will lose a chance to join the new academic session without losing out a year.

As per the media reports, Rajesh Pandya, a member of the Teachers Democratic Fund said, “Since the timetable is not yet out, students are anxious. Whenever the state decides to hold the exam, it has to give enough time to prepare for the exam. If it is delayed much, students will lose out on a second chance. College admissions are already underway.”

The Maharashtra Class 10th and 12th results were delayed this year due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Application Process for HSC Revaluation of answer sheets is ongoing.

Candidates who wish to apply for verification, photocopies of answer sheet, re-evaluation and migration certificate can do so  from the official website.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai University application process has concluded on August 5, 2020. While, the first merit list has been released on August 6, 2020 on the official website.

The Verification of documents and payment of fees will be done from August 6 to August 11, 2020.
