Maharashtra State CET Cell has released NEET PG Round 2 allotment for MD/MS seats with reporting deadlines.

The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has officially released the NEET PG Round 2 provisional seat allotment for admissions to MD, MS, and Diploma courses for the 2025–26 academic session. The allotment list was published on December 26, 2025, covering government and affiliated medical colleges across the state.
Candidates who have secured seats must physically report to their allotted institutes within the specified timeline. The round plays a crucial role for students aiming to confirm or upgrade their postgraduate medical seats.
The Round 2 seat allotment has been issued as a provisional selection list by the State CET Cell. It includes candidate details such as name, category, subject, allotted college, and quota. Admissions are conducted only for seats approved by NMC/MCI and affiliated with MUHS, Nashik or respective universities.
Candidates allotted a seat in this round must complete physical reporting, document verification, and fee payment at the respective institute to confirm admission.
As per the official notice, selected candidates must report physically at the allotted college from December 26 to December 30, 2025, up to 5:30 PM. Failure to report within this window may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
In addition, candidates willing to retain their Round 2 seat must submit the Status Retention Form by December 30, 2025 (5:30 PM) in person.

During physical reporting, candidates are required to deposit all original documents and pay the prescribed admission fees. The admitting institute will verify eligibility strictly according to the NEET PG 2025 Information Brochure before confirming admission.
For in-service candidates, those with incentive marks are given priority, while candidates without incentive marks will be considered later, as per the Maharashtra Government GR dated July 19, 2023.
Documents Required for NEET PG Admission
Candidates must carry the following at the time of reporting:
- NEET PG 2025 admit card and scorecard
- MBBS degree and mark sheets
- Internship completion certificate
- Permanent or provisional medical registration
- Category and quota certificates (if applicable)
- Allotment letter and valid photo ID
