Manipur NEET UG Round 3 Counselling Registration Begins; Check Schedule Here

The Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Manipur, has announced Round 3 registration and choice filling for Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026-27 from October 8 to October 11, 2026. NEET-UG 2026 qualified candidates can register and fill choices for State Government Quota seats (MBBS/BDS/BASLP at RIMS, JNIMS, SAHS, CMC, RDC Guwahati), Management Quota seats (MBBS at SAHS), and NRI Quota seats (MBBS at SAHS). Candidates must register through the official portal at https://manipurmc.mn.gov.in. Fresh registration is available for candidates who haven't participated in previous rounds.

Round 3 counselling is for NEET-UG 2026 qualified candidates seeking admission to medical and dental undergraduate courses in Manipur. Previously registered candidates don't need to register again but must fill fresh choices for Round 3. The registration window closes on October 11, 2026, and merit lists will be announced on October 14 morning. This round is significant as it provides a final opportunity for eligible candidates to secure seats in government and private medical institutions.

Manipur NEET UG Round 3 Counselling Registration Important Dates

Fresh registration is available for NEET-UG 2026 qualified candidates who haven't registered in Rounds 1 or 2. Candidates must carefully read the technical instructions before registering on the official portal. Previously registered candidates can directly proceed to fill fresh choices without re-registering. All candidates must complete choice filling and locking within the prescribed timeline to be considered for allotment.

Fresh registration requires payment of non-refundable application fees based on seat category preference. Candidates applying for State Government seats must pay ₹2,000 (₹1,500 for SC/ST candidates). Those applying for private seats at SAHS must pay ₹2,000, while candidates applying for both government and private seats must pay ₹4,000 (₹3,500 for SC/ST candidates). A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 is mandatory for all categories and will be refunded after completion of all counselling rounds.

Round 3 offers seats across multiple premier medical institutions in Manipur and Northeast India. State Government Quota seats are available for MBBS, BDS, and BASLP courses at RIMS Imphal, JNIMS Imphal, SAHS Langol, CMC Imphal, and RDC Guwahati. Management Quota MBBS seats are available at SAHS Langol, while NRI Quota MBBS seats are also offered at SAHS. The exact number of available seats will be notified separately by the Directorate.

No Float or Freeze option is available in Round 3, meaning candidates must physically report to their allotted institute. Candidates allotted seats must complete all admission formalities during the reporting period of October 14-15, 2026. Merit lists will be prepared from eligible candidates who successfully fill and lock choices within the deadline. Candidates failing to fill and lock choices by October 11 will not be considered for Round 3 allotment.

After seat allotment on October 14 evening, candidates must physically report to their allotted institutes on October 14-15, 2026, to complete admission formalities. This is the final round of counselling for the 2026-27 academic session, making it crucial for eligible candidates to register and fill choices within the deadline. Candidates are advised to prepare all required documents and verify their eligibility before registering.
