MAT February 2026 Exam Schedule Announced, Registration Begins

All India Management Association (AIMA) has released the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) exam schedule for the February session 2026. For registration, interested candidates must have a valid email ID, a scanned photo, a scanned signature, and payment to apply online through the official website mat.aima.in.

The MAT is an entrance test for MBA and PGDM admissions conducted by AIMA. The exam is conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Paper-Based Test (PBT) modes. Candidates have to pay the application fee of INR 2200 for either of the modes, PBT or CBT. Whereas for both PBT and CBT, candidates have to pay INR 3800.

To appear for the MAT 2026 February exam, a candidate must have graduated from a recognized university, and students in their final year can also apply.

The MAT test carries a total of 150 questions, has 5 sections, with 30 questions, and -0.25 negative marking. The sections consist of language comprehension, intelligence & critical reasoning, mathematics skills, data analysis & sufficiency, and economics & business environment.
