Remaining Vacancies and Eligible Candidates List

On 30 October 2024, the official list of remaining vacancies along with eligible candidates will be published. This allows candidates to view available seats and determine their status for the final counselling round.

Application and Choice Submission

Eligible candidates must submit their online applications and choice selections on the counselling portal starting from 30 October and ending 2 November 2024 at 6:00 PM. During this period, candidates can choose their preferred colleges based on the availability of seats.

Merit List Announcement by College

Following the application process, a real-time, college-specific merit list will also be released on 30 October and will be available till 2 November 2024 (6:00 PM).  This list will rank applicants at each college according to their merit. It will consider ten times the number of available seats at each college. For example, if a college has five open seats, the list will include the top fifty applicants based on their scores. This approach ensures that more candidates are considered for admission and helps in selecting the most qualified students for the available positions.

College Reporting for Online Attendance

Candidates on the merit list must report in person at their selected colleges from 3 to 4 November 2024 for online attendance registration. This is a critical step for admission consideration in the stray vacancy round.

Final Admission Procedure

Admissions for candidates, based on attendance-based merit, will take place on 5 November 2024, from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Candidates securing admission through this round will finalize their seats in the allotted MBBS or BDS programs.
