Punjab NEET UG 2026 Revised Provisional Allotment Out at bfuhsonline.ac.in; Check Physical Reporting Deadline

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has issued the revised provisional allotment. It covers the first round of Punjab National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 counselling. The list is live at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in. It covers MBBS and BDS seats across Punjab. Allotted candidates must report physically at colleges by September 5, 2026.

The revised allotment follows a schedule change by BFUHS. The university had earlier planned reporting from August 25 to 28. BFUHS has now shifted this to a new window. The counselling covers Punjab government and private medical and dental colleges. Only candidates who registered under the state quota can participate.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Candidates must carry both original documents and self-attested photocopies. The list below covers papers needed for admission formalities.

• NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
• Class 10 and Class 12 certificates and mark sheets
• Punjab domicile certificate where applicable
• Category and reservation certificates where applicable
• Recent passport size photographs
• Valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar

How to Check the Revised Provisional Allotment?

1. Visit the official portal at admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in.
2. Click on the link for round 1 revised allotment.
3. Enter your NEET UG 2026 roll number and password.
4. Download and save the allotment letter for reporting.

Reporting and Fee Payment Rules

Allotted candidates must report at the allotted college within the window. A medical fitness examination is conducted at the college. Candidates must pay six months of tuition fee at reporting. The fee goes through the University Online Payment Gateway. Missing the deadline leads to cancellation of the allotted seat.

How Can Candidates Raise Objections?

Any objection against the revised allotment must be raised in person. Candidates need to visit the Admission Branch at BFUHS, Faridkot. Supporting documents are mandatory during the visit. Email or online objections are not accepted by the university.

3. Arrange proof of Punjab domicile and category certificates where applicable.

6. Complete the medical fitness check at the allotted college.
