How to Download the TS DOST 2026 Phase III Allotment Order?

Allotted candidates can collect the seat allotment order directly from the DOST portal. The process needs only the DOST ID and the registration PIN generated at sign-up.

  • Visit the official portal at dost.cgg.gov.in.
  • Click on the link titled "Download 3rd Seat Allotment 2026".
  • Enter your DOST ID and PIN in the login fields.
  • Click Login to view the allotment details.
  • Download and save the allotment order in PDF form.
  • Take a printout for use during college reporting.

How to Complete Online Self-Reporting?

Online self-reporting is mandatory for every allotted student. Without self-reporting on the portal, the allotment stands cancelled.

Candidates must log in to the DOST portal using their credentials and accept the allotted seat. The system then generates a self-reporting slip. This slip must be carried to the college along with original certificates for verification.

What Should Students Carry to the College?

The allotted college will verify originals before confirming admission. Candidates should keep the following documents ready in original and as photocopies.

  • TS DOST 2026 allotment order and self-reporting slip
  • Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and pass certificates
  • Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate
  • Income, caste and residence certificates, wherever applicable
  • Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
Why This Matters

TSCHE has shifted the reporting window from June 27 to July 4, 2026. The extra days give third phase allottees more time to arrange documents and travel to the college.

Action Plan for Candidates

  • Log in at dost.cgg.gov.in with your DOST ID and PIN.
  • Download the phase III seat allotment order without delay.
  • Complete online self-reporting on the portal before July 2, 2026.
  • Arrange all original certificates and required photocopies.
  • Report to the allotted college on or before July 4, 2026.
  • Attend the first class on July 6, 2026 as scheduled.
