The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the Degree Online Services Telangana (TS DOST) 2026 Special Drive Phase seat allotment result on the official portal at dost.cgg.gov.in. A total of 14,975 candidates have been provisionally allotted seats in this phase.
Of the total allottees, 12,069 candidates have secured their first-priority choice. Another 2,906 candidates received seats against their second or other listed priorities. Candidates must complete online self-reporting by August 18, 2026.
Students must also physically report to their allotted colleges on August 17 or 18, 2026. Failure to report to the college will result in the loss of the allotted seat. The self-reporting fee is Rs 500 or Rs 1,000, payable through the DOST login.

How to Check the TS DOST 2026 Special Drive Allotment Result?
Candidates who took part in the Special Drive Phase can view their allotment on the DOST portal. The process is fully online and requires the DOST ID and password.
- Visit the official website at dost.cgg.gov.in.
- Click on the Special Drive Phase allotment result link.
- Log in using your DOST ID and password.
- The provisional allotment order will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the allotment letter for future use.
How to Complete Self-Reporting on the DOST Portal?
Self-reporting is mandatory to lock the allotted seat. Skipping this step will cancel the allotment automatically.
- Log in to the DOST portal with your credentials.
- Open the Self-Reporting section on the dashboard.
- Verify the college and course allotted to you.
- Pay the reporting fee of Rs 500 or Rs 1,000 online.
- Download the self-reporting slip generated after payment.
What Documents Are Required at the College?
Students must reach the allotted college on August 17 or 18 with the required documents. The college will issue a confirmation OTP after verification.

- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and pass certificates
- Transfer Certificate and Study Certificates
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
- Caste, income, and category certificates where applicable
- Signed anti-drug affidavit as prescribed by TGCHE
The Special Drive Phase is the final chance to grab a UG seat this cycle. Students who miss the August 18 deadline forfeit their allotted seat. Spot Admission students are not eligible for state scholarships.
