Web Options and Seat Allotment Process

After certificate verification, candidates must fill their web options between July 16 and July 19, 2026. Options once locked cannot be changed after the option editing window on July 20, 2026.

The provisional seat allotment result will be released on July 24, 2026. Seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s rank, category, reservation status, and web options entered.

Selected candidates must complete online self-reporting and then physically report at the allotted college between July 25 and July 28, 2026. Candidates who fail to report within the deadline will lose the allotted seat.

Why This Matters

Phase 1 is the largest counselling round. Popular government law colleges usually fill their general seats in this round. Candidates who skip Phase 1 face a smaller seat pool in later phases.

  2. Pay Rs 800 or Rs 500 based on your category through online modes.
  3. Keep clear scans of all certificates ready for upload.
  4. Attend special category verification if you are an NCC, Sports, CAP or PH candidate.
  5. Fill web options between July 16 and July 19 and lock preferred colleges.
  6. Check the allotment status on July 24 and report to the allotted college by July 28.
