New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has launched a dedicated ‘Samadhan’ portal to resolve the issues and problems of students who are studying in schools affiliated with the UP Board.

With this initiative, the exam board aims to help crores of present and former UP Board students of over 27,000 schools in the state. Students and their parents or guardians can submit their issues in the official portal and the grievances will be addressed within a duration of 15 days.

Informing about the Samadhan Portal, UP Board Secretary, Dibyakant Shukla said, “Due to so many candidates, the number of errors in their educational records is also proportionately higher and the candidates face a lot of difficulty in getting these errors resolved by visiting the regional offices of the board in Prayagraj, Varanasi, Meerut, Bareilly and Gorakhpur”.

“Keeping the interests of the students in view, the ‘Samadhan’ Portal has been launched through which 13 different types of services/facilities will be provided online for the first time to those interested and in need,” he added.

To monitor the settlement of the concerns of students, a control room is being built at the UP Board headquarters in Prayagraj. If the issues fail to be resolved within 15 days, the officers involved will be held accountable.

This control room will address complaints, problems and inquiries from students and parents through two toll-free lines. Once a solution is identified, the students will be notified.
