Registration will soon close, and the merit list will be announced on January 5, 2026. The choice filling for UP NEET PG Round 3 will begin from January 6, 2026 (11 AM) to January 9, 2026 (2 PM).

As per the official notification, the UP NEET PG Round 3 result will be published on January 12, 2026. Candidates must report to the allotted college after downloading the allotment letter from January 13, 2026, to January 17, 2026.
