The social life in the campus is highly energetic. The institute has various management, sports and cultural festivals like Tatva, and the annual Run for Education. These student driven events serve as a central hub for peer bonding and hosting competitive corporate challenges that draw massive participation. There are many student-run academic and non-academic clubs and cells that boost the personal skills of all the students and makes us focus on more than book learning as part of the PGDM.

Lbsim organizes several annual events and management festivals throughout the year. The flagship cultural and management fest Tatva is usually held between January and February and features cultural performances, business competitions, sports events and guest sessions. The institute also conducts conferences conclave workshop and seminars across different domains such as finance, marketing hr analytics and entrepreneurship throughout the academic year.
