Course Curriculum Overview
The medical college have 4.5yrs of course with additional 1years internship. 1st year concern with Anatomy, Physiologya and Biochemistry 2nd year- pathology, microbiology, pharmacology and Forensic medicine 3rd yr- community medicine (PSM), otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Ophthalmology (eye) 4th year- Medicine, surgery, gynecology, obstructive, orthopedic, pediatrics. No we didn't have any industry specific knowledge.
Placement Experience
Most of the students do there internship from college.after passing or undergraduating most of them do Job for few years and most do there PG preparation.
College Events
College do some cultural activity in year or so, but most of the time it doesn't happen. We do have seminar for postgraduate student in a week or so. Only few students get to participate who are good at there academic. Management of the festival is hold by the most senior batch of the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
College fee is-800000 with hostel fee -120000,mess fee-60000, security deposit of -50000, wifi -20000 and examination fee-25000 I don't think any college so there transparency in there fee structure. Most of them do there admission directly at college.
Campus Life
The college campus is really small you don't have much place to visit,more over you can walk to the roads that college has made inside the campus,the college has made small garden for kids in the college. The gender ratio is quite high as in medical field most of them are girls so our college has more them 60% of them are girls. Most of them are Hindu with some Muslim 1-2%.
Hostel Facilities
Yes all the students have to take hostel room of amt rs-120000. Each student get double bed single room in which two students are allotted. Pgt hostel fee is 120000. College have hostel for boys and girls and girls can get single room in there hostel building.
Alumni/Alumna
Most of the seniors after getting there ug never return but UG seniors are very good they are really helpful whenever you asked them.
Admission
I opt for this course because I want to be a doctor. You have to opt for subjects Biology, chemistry,physics after your class 10. You can also do couching from any institution like Allen, Akash etc. After I did my class 12 I went for NEET-UG entrance exam. In NEET-UG According to your marks you get to go through councilling process in which you get to opt the college.
Faculty
Each course has average lecture hour of 300hrs of class yearly. All the teachers are qualified MD or MS in there particular field. All the students do there MBBS around 22-23 yrs of there age. Most of the teachers teaches by ppt but we hardly get to understand what they teach. Whatever you study is most of the time is by urself.
