Course Curriculum Overview

MBBS is a professional course which has the duration of 5 years and follows semester system. The course focuses on lots of practicals and research along with intensive study. The days are very hectic along with tireless exams.

Placement Experience

The college has a Placement Cell which takes care of giving professional guidance to the students. They organise for workshops and seminars for the students to develop. There is one year internship along with stipend for the students. Placement opportunities are also there.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the MBBS program is around 50 lakhs. The institution has good infrastructure and education along with all the necessary facilities. However, 50 lakhs is a heavy amount and is very expensive and not at all affordable.

Campus Life

The institution focuses on its extracurricular activities too. The gender ratio is good. There is no discrimination on any basis. Sports activities, cultural events and programs are held for the best development of the students.

Admission

Katihar medical college is one of the medical college providing MBBS. The candidates who have completed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board are eligible for admission considering that they have to appear for NEET entrance exam. The selected students will be called for the admission.

The faculty of the medical college is brilliant having higher degrees with well qualifications. They also have experience and many of them are doctors. Their primary focus along with providing education is to amplify the knowledge of the students and also clear their doubts.

Likes

Our college fee is too low that's why I like this college
Our college has some good professors which help us to achieve our goals
Our college has wifi facility throughout the campus

Dislikes

In our college there is no network signal which affects a lot
Very few companies visits our college and low placement ratios the major concern ofmy college
Lack of useful resources like auditorium and 24*7 electricity

Placement Experience:

Placement is not that much good student from 7th sem are eligible to sit in placement and companies started visiting in our campus however very few companies cake in our campus as our tpo is not that much active . Tcs , wipro and some sales companies visits our campus and they offer profile of system engineer trainee engineer sales executive etc. 40 percent of our students got placed in our college .

I like course fee and distance program of this college everyone should like this
Infrastructure have so many things including campus Aminities
College have some extra curriculum activity which may affect on children

Dislikes

Management and dean behaviour is very bad
Not so well much cleaned area college should must focus on this
Sitting arrangement of exam is very bad when I give exam I realise another year student have also seating behind me

Course Curriculum Overview:

The environment of the college and its canteen is very bad.Colleges should pay attention to this because it is not safe for girls.Rest of the campus etc. maintains its value.In this, studies are done in the open only, studies are done from a distance only, one has to go only during the examination time.

Environment of the campus is extremely good.
Mentors are very supportive towards the student.

The campus is relatively small and consists of only two floor campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are decent with companies visiting the campus for recruitment in various technical roles. The college also conducts mock interview to improve students employability.

I like my faculties teaching skills they explain everything in easy language and make it easy to understand
Infrastructure facilities although the campus is small but still it provides good facilities

Dislikes

There is some things which I dislike such a lift facility is so bad I get irritated with that.

Placement Experience:

The overall placement is good. Students from 5th semester is eligible for the placement. The higist placement is offered in MBA department 40 lakhs. 60% students get placement through college I will job in cooperate organisation

Becoming a doctor is my dream and here I am achieving it . Curriculum prepares me for real world application in a very good way. Connectivity should be improved in this region of college. 3 semesters exams every 3 months and one professional exam every year

Students of final year and pre-final year are eligible for college placement. Different companies visits college for the placement opportunities after words with TPOs. Heighest package is 6LPA and average is 2.8 LPA. Around 60% students get placed. My plan is to pursue MBA after the degree completion

Placement Experience:

As you all know, there isn't any placement in medical and dental colleges. You can always open your clinic or join a hospital. For opening your clinic, you need to have a good practice. In that regard, MMDCH is very good. Its OPD is huge. By the time you graduate you would have done a lot of cases. And this will be very helpful for your practice. If you don't want to open a clinic, you can also prepare for PG. You can be an MDS in your preferred department. Dental clinics run very well but you need to have the patience for the first 10-12 months. There are many job opportunities in the gulf regions. You can also go to DDS.

You are eligible after getting the passing marks in meet. But there is completion to get into it. There is 50% reservation for muslims. The cut odd changes every year. But generally if you have above 400 marks in neet you will be able to get in. The admission process is mostly through government mediated councelling process. So colleges role isn't much. After allotment of college you have to reach here and give the documents, submit the fee and fill the form to get admission.
