Remarks

Placement from hotel management department is outstanding, all the equipment and tools for practical are there,which help in flawless learning,infrastructure is awesome, facultu is experienced,also the fee story is low and return in terms of placement is high.so i choose this college

Course Curriculum Overview

Totally practical is there,all are kitchen learning things,no focus to theory is given at all.only practical exposure which help in better and great learning and this is the best thing about hotel management department of Amrapali institute. Tranning to renowned hotels are provided from college itself,from second year.

Internships Opportunities

Yes,i did internship in leela hotel, Delhi. My teachers and college helped me get this placement which i thing was a great opportunity, tranning was for 6 months from January 2020 to june but due to lockdown i had to leave it inbetween.my job role there was to help cooks and to observe the working environment.pay was very minimal.

95% students get campus placements in renowned hotels,like oberoi,jaypee hotels, redission,Taj,etc.these hotels come with great packages and package is decided on the basis of individual capabilities.minimum package is 250000 per annum and heighest is around 8 lakhs.placement cell of the college is hard working they try to get every student placed with a handsome package.

Events like carnival, spandan,and monthly activities like cooking competition,fest,ect.are the activities which keep happening in the college and the fest time is really enjoyable where students learn,partivipaye, and enjoy al lot.life at campus is amazing.

Fees and Financial Aid

Only some concessions is provide to the students at the time of admission,that to based on 12th % no other scholarships are there,only few Scholarships are for reserve category students.no other scholarships ate provide by college side.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is great it has all the equipments for practicals,fully furnished and equipped kitchen to learn new things,library with free wifi available, computer rooms with AC,classrooms are well furnisged,big auditorium for events is also in the campus.college is in large area have playground with gardening done.

i liked my campus life especially the academic activities in which we were participated , commercio fista was organised by mba students where we installed our own lil shops in the campus and earned
we went for the industrial visits like mother dairy delhi, SEBI noida, KPMG and our batch got so much industrial exposue in my time
Our classes was full air conditioned and for mba students we have sepration seminar hall also we have incubation cell for the new start ups

Dislikes

strict rules for attendance, it should be 75 percent or above

i have done my graduation in 2024, in my 3rd semester placement was started that time our tpo was rajvardhan sir , i called so many companied in the campus for the placement finastra was one of then, i have cleared 3 rounds of finastra 1st was apptitude, then technical round then PI with HR in delhi office in feb 2024 i have got my offer letter and then july i have joined finastra just after my final exams got over, RIT and expecially members of placement are very proactive about their work , after 1 year in 2025 i went again in rit for the alumni meet my experience in rit was very good

A Great Learning Experience with Good Industry Exposure

The college provides a vibrant campus environment with regular events, fests, club activities and opportunities to participate in different extracurricular activities. The overall campus atmosphere is energenic and provides good opportunities to stud
The faculty members are supportive and approchable and the college provides opportunities for students to develop various skills.
I appreciate the infrastructure and learning facilities available on campus, along with peaceful environment of Dehradun.

Dislikes

The placement process could be made more transparent by providing students with more regular information about placement opportunities.
There is scope for increasing practical and industrial oriented exposure through more guest lectures and interactions with industry professionals.
Coordination and communication regarding some academic and extracurricular activities could be improved so that students recieve information well in advance and can plan their participation accordingly.

Placement Experience:

The college provides campus placement opportunities with students becoming eligible in the final year. Various companies visit the campus for roles in marketing, sales, management and other business related profiles. The placement cell also supports students through placements drives and career guuidance. Along with campus placements internships and industry exposure help students improve their employability. After completing my BBA, I plan to persue a career in digital marketing and gain practical industry experience.

Campus and student Life , There are many Domain , activity , Hobby Clubs that gives opportunity to participate beyond academics
the Faculty members are supportive, experienced and approachable , practical learning and presentations make classroom more engaging
The university provides good opportunity for extra curricular , industry exposure and internships

we have small campus but it is actually good and really pretty
There are no clubs for Cricket playing Students

Social internship starts from the 1st year followed by a summer internship in 2nd year. Placements offer up to 40L LPA, with an average of 8.7L LPA and 13.5L LPA for the top 20% with good exposure and more.

Likes

The surroundings are really appreciated .But the only negative thing is tiediness in the campus
My college is very simple and its going in very smooth .Campus gives good feel to the students.Here people from out of state is also there so socially also it is good.
Faculty is also good it contains very highly educated faculty .

Dislikes

Surroundigs untiedness i.e the surroundings not clean
Lots of student union rushh makes the surrounding untiedy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose econmics for my further studies, as I have curiosities to learn more about economics .Real.life examples expalnation influnced me most to learn and study economics. National Eduction Policy boosts the learning power of the students which is improtant for further academic progress.

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.

A big library from which you can buy book (library fee: ₹500)
A well maintained computer lab having lots of computer with latest technology.

The classrooms are little bit old and need renovation.

In this college the students are eligible for campus placement in the second last semester of there course, and the companies like wipro,TCS etc gives offers to them. The highest package is 4.5 lac in our college. The percentage of students should be above 60 percent to get a campus placement.

I chose this course because I have done my graduation in Statistics so this Masters's course has improved my profile and given me better opportunities for my career growth. Faculty are well experienced. Professors have done PhD in their domain and have a good amount of experience. Term exams are semester-wise twice a year. It is easy to pass if we study on a daily basis.
