Remarks

Amrapali group of institute is a great platform to learn a lot of new things, the college organise a lot of events and gives an opportunity to participate in the events to each and every individual. In our college carnival is organised in which students have to make their stall and decorate it as beautiful and best as they can for example food stalls game stalls etc in which students run the stalls and earn the money. So with this we learn selling things to the customer or the technique to attract the customers in our stalls by decorating it. And also there is a cash prize for the winners with the best stalls for encouraging students. So basically in our college with the studies there is a lot of co-curriculuar activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my course bcom hons we study 5 subjects including viva in each semester and the syllabus changes in every new semester. Last year our college took us to rudrapur for industrial exposure. And we learned a lot of things. The faculties are very good and supportive. All the faculties are good they all give their best to make sure that the students doesn't face any problem.

Placement Experience

Placements of our college is quite good The highest package goes upto 2 lakh per annum in my course. Almost 50% of students get placed. Internship is arranged by the college. Students gets placements with the level of knowledge to the students and their percentage in the graduation.

College Events

Campus life is very good, as there are lot events organised in which students from all the department participates in the event. The event is being started by following the chief guests, students participates in dance, music, anchoring etc our college also give opportunity to students to manage the events. In Amrapali every event is managed by the students only. So with this initiative we also learn how to lead an event or programme.

Campus Life

The aroma inside the college was awesome libraries are well furnished huge ground and medical facilities are also there and the canteen and mess area inside the college is very good. Every year there is a sports event organised by the college which is called spardha in which cricket volleyball kho kho kabddi and many more games are played. A lot of students participate from different departments. Wifi facility is also available for students and professors. Overall it is good.

i liked my campus life especially the academic activities in which we were participated , commercio fista was organised by mba students where we installed our own lil shops in the campus and earned
we went for the industrial visits like mother dairy delhi, SEBI noida, KPMG and our batch got so much industrial exposue in my time
Our classes was full air conditioned and for mba students we have sepration seminar hall also we have incubation cell for the new start ups

Dislikes

strict rules for attendance, it should be 75 percent or above

i have done my graduation in 2024, in my 3rd semester placement was started that time our tpo was rajvardhan sir , i called so many companied in the campus for the placement finastra was one of then, i have cleared 3 rounds of finastra 1st was apptitude, then technical round then PI with HR in delhi office in feb 2024 i have got my offer letter and then july i have joined finastra just after my final exams got over, RIT and expecially members of placement are very proactive about their work , after 1 year in 2025 i went again in rit for the alumni meet my experience in rit was very good

The college provides a vibrant campus environment with regular events, fests, club activities and opportunities to participate in different extracurricular activities. The overall campus atmosphere is energenic and provides good opportunities to stud
The faculty members are supportive and approchable and the college provides opportunities for students to develop various skills.
I appreciate the infrastructure and learning facilities available on campus, along with peaceful environment of Dehradun.

Dislikes

The placement process could be made more transparent by providing students with more regular information about placement opportunities.
There is scope for increasing practical and industrial oriented exposure through more guest lectures and interactions with industry professionals.
Coordination and communication regarding some academic and extracurricular activities could be improved so that students recieve information well in advance and can plan their participation accordingly.

Placement Experience:

The college provides campus placement opportunities with students becoming eligible in the final year. Various companies visit the campus for roles in marketing, sales, management and other business related profiles. The placement cell also supports students through placements drives and career guuidance. Along with campus placements internships and industry exposure help students improve their employability. After completing my BBA, I plan to persue a career in digital marketing and gain practical industry experience.

College life-A Wonder of life

Likes

The surroundings are really appreciated .But the only negative thing is tiediness in the campus
My college is very simple and its going in very smooth .Campus gives good feel to the students.Here people from out of state is also there so socially also it is good.
Faculty is also good it contains very highly educated faculty .

Surroundigs untiedness i.e the surroundings not clean
Lots of student union rushh makes the surrounding untiedy.

I choose econmics for my further studies, as I have curiosities to learn more about economics .Real.life examples expalnation influnced me most to learn and study economics. National Eduction Policy boosts the learning power of the students which is improtant for further academic progress.

Holistic Review of MBA at IIM Kashipur

It's a student run campus which means that important decisions regarding students are taken by the student bodies.
The campus is beautiful and lush. The architecture of buildings are well though of made to keep buildings cool during summers and hot during winters.
The campus is very happening. Several cultural events occur.

Dislikes

As the town Kashipur is not very developed, there is not much of metro-city life or such amenities
The boys to girls ratio for core program is 4:1 and the opposite for the analytics program which makes the class interactions disproportionate, It should be uniform.
You can't order food from online platforms here as the city is remote so one has to resort to the options present on campus which turns out to be pretty limited in number and quality.

Placement Experience:

As soon as the second year starts, companies start coming for placements. These include ICICI bank, Wellsfargo, Genpact, Amazon, TresVista, Havells, TVS, Tech Mahindra etc. The highest package goes around to be 40-50 Lacs while average is around 14-15 Lacs. Almost all get placed while the rest opt-out from the process either for off-campus offers or pursuing higher education.

A big library from which you can buy book (library fee: ₹500)

The classrooms are little bit old and need renovation.

In this college the students are eligible for campus placement in the second last semester of there course, and the companies like wipro,TCS etc gives offers to them. The highest package is 4.5 lac in our college. The percentage of students should be above 60 percent to get a campus placement.

I chose this course because I have done my graduation in Statistics so this Masters's course has improved my profile and given me better opportunities for my career growth. Faculty are well experienced. Professors have done PhD in their domain and have a good amount of experience. Term exams are semester-wise twice a year. It is easy to pass if we study on a daily basis.
