Anonymous's Review On Amrapali University, Haldwani

I choose this college because of its placements and my friends also recommended me to join this college. They have good working environment and good teachers. And It is one of the best college in my city. It has reasonable fees as compared to other colleges.

Course curriculum is average, we have to do assignments, projects and task in every subject. In every year there is one big project which is related to our course and its help in increasing our knowledge. Academics is 60% to 70% theoretically which makes regular classes a lit bit of boring. Faculties are good but there way of teaching is based on old concept of theoretical study.

College Placements are only for those student who have overall 50% attendance. For Placement companies like oppo, extramarks, dell and wipro, etc comes to our college. Placement processor is very simple you have attendance of 50% than you can go for job interview but if you have below 50% than you can't give placement interview. Job opportunities for b.com honours student are not so limited. You can become accountant, sales analyst, consultant, Tax accountant or Economist,etc.

Campus life is fine. Generally, in every semester our college organize events like carnival and sports meet,etc. Extracurricular activites are mostly organized by different clubs. These clubs are marketing club, management club, business club and finance club. They organize so many activities and task to make our campus life a little bit of fun and through these activities we gain a lot of knowledge.

For B.tech and commerce department infrastructure is good. We have joint computer labs and libraries. For Hospitality department, they have there own labs, library, mess and computer lab. Hospitality department have more facilities than other department. But for Pharmacy they don't have good infrastructure right now. They have only one library and one computer lab. Our college have a big playground and two badminton courts. Wifi facility is not so good.
