Remarks

Techno India Hooghly (Chinsura) is a very prestigious college in our area. There is no bad thing about this college. This college has everything as I know it provides the best placements and most renowned faculties as compared to another college. So I choose the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very updated and inspired by top universities syllabus. College provides us with extra classes in programming. I love Computer Application and software development, so I choose the subject. Exams held on a semesters basis with an average amount of syllabus.

Class Size: 32Course Fees: INR 34000 per year

Placement Experience

Most students are enrolled for placements and faculty in this college. This college provides placements to almost everyone. We have placement training and grooming season in the 5th semester. After the training, many MNC came to our college to hire us. Most of them are Kolkata based. The maximum salary in our batch is 10 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Every type of state and central govt aid and scholarship and private grants are available in our college. Up to 3rd year, I can't see any hike in tuition fees. College can apply for scholarships and grants for you if you are unable to fund your study.

Campus Life

The annual festival of college is celebrated many days a week in the winter season. The library and classrooms are very advanced. In the library, we have all new computer application books. The classrooms are very big. We have Google and Microsoft groups in our college.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really nice. Every year, a large amount of students are employed by Tech Mahindra, CTS, TCS, Wipro, etc. all software giants. The starting salaries are also decent. Most students get placed, but 100% placement has also been achieved by the college now.

Good College

Placement Experience:

Placement eligibility usually starts in the final year, but there are limited opportunities. Some IT and outsourcing companies visit, but they offer low salary packages. The average package offered is not very high about 3-4 LPA and only a small percentage of students get placed. Many students prefer to pursue an MCA or learn additional skills like web development, data science or cyber security to improve their job prospects. After completing my BCA, I plan to gain experience in IT related jobs improve my technical skills and possibly pursue higher studies like MCA. I might also explore freelancing or certification to increase job opportunities. Since I already have customer service and telecalling experience, I may also consider IT support roles before moving into core technical jobs. Building skills and networking will be important for getting a good job after graduation.
