Mechanical engineering internship

I was interested to take admission in the local area so I chose this college. As I am a general candidate so I had no quota. There are two ways to take admission to engineering college. One of the way through counselling. If anyone has filled UPSEE then he or she can take admission through counselling and may select the desired college. And the second way in the Management quota. At that time I could not fill UPSEE therefore I took admission in the management quota. Admission criteria are as follows min Percentage marks must be 50 % for general candidate and 45 % for SC and ST.

Most of the facilities were highly qualified as Doctors. But some of the facilities were also Masters. Faculties taught us on the chalkboard and through ppt. Their teaching methods were excellent. At that time there were three sessional exams. And minimum passing marks were 60 % in internal exams. That was so difficult.

The name of the company was the centre of digital excellence private limited. The company is the leading organization in the field of automation. It is driven by IT professionals. Roles offered under internship were as follows 1. Come up with the design such as toys and stationery products etc. And explain the same. 2.Create the model In self CAD and record the process To create a tutorial video.3. Deal with the clients and prepare design draft, renders for project approval.

Campus placement was branch wise at that time. In CS branch placement percentage was more than 90 % and Other branches like mechanical, civil were more than 80 %. Many companies visited our campus for placement like tech. Mahindra, HCL, Wipro, ACC, mankind, Cipla, etc. In the CS branch average package was 4 lacs per annum and in the mechanical branch, it was 3 lacs per annum. The percentage of students who got placed was more than 60 %. After getting the degree I would like to do a job through campus placement.

At that time my college fees were 96000/ including tuition fee, registration fee, uniform fee and University exam fee etc. College also provides scholarship to students having marks of more than 80 %. My percentage was not so good. Therefore I could not get a scholarship. College also provides financial help to poor students.

The annual fest was named Euphoric and conducted in the month of February. sports fest was also conducted on That day. The technical fest also conducted in the month of October. There were thousands of books And many journals available in our central college library. Our classroom was fully air conditioned. The projector was also available in our classroom. Sports activities were organised by the sports in charge from time to time.
