Among the finest colleges in the city of Visakhapatnam, AGL Degree College is one. Its location can easily be recognized by the students. So, college is an easy choice for them.

Course Curriculum Overview

B.Sc Physics is one of the popular subjects among the students who are willing to explore Science from the grassroots level. It is done through six semesters. Electricity and magnetism, Mechanics, Oscillations and waves, Thermal Physics, Modern Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Electromagnetic theory, Statistical Physics etc subjects are taught throughout the syllabus. Electives may start from semester 5.

Placement Experience

Students can apply for jobs from their 5th semester. Companies like Wipro, Amazon, HP etc invest in the institute. PPO helps the students to find suitable jobs. The highest package provided by Wipro is Rs 6 LPA and average is Rs 4 LPA.

Likes

They provide Internet connection all over the Campus making it easy for students to do researches and do assignment
Also they are various sporting activities available in the campus like Basketball
They provide textbooks for each module every semester

Using a scale of ten, i would rate my course curriculum a eight for relevancy but moderately a six for other.For relevance, the python automation modules directly addressed current industry needs. Usually they provide internships for real world appications from various companies around compainies

Exam systems are not good and pass percentage is being decreased
Exams are held in tabs that will be difficult in writing

Forensic science will be more interesting to learn. It is the most trending course. College provides internships that help to solve our daily life conflicts regarding the subject. Labs and equipment must be developed. Teaching methods are also average. Exams are not so frequent. No second midterm will be conducted.

I did not take any specific entrance test for getting admission into this college. I have passed 12th std ISC syllabus with 80% score. B.com is a very good course especially for a Chartered Accountant student. It can be done parallel along with CA course. This mitigates the risk of not passing CA.
