Honey Goyal's Review On S D College, Barnala

Our college's campus culture is good.management is awsome. Teachers are really good.study is also good. College's management takes good care of students needs and wants. The only bad thing about our college is that it lacks in campus placement. No company visits our college for selection. This is the only drawback otherwise everything is fine.

None of the entrance exam. I directly took admission in this college. Admission was normal as there was no entrance exam.

Course curriculum was great. Alot of subjects were there. Moreover these subjects are helpful in future too such as statistics, economics, maths, theory and practice of management, accounts etc.

None of the companies came to our college at that time. This is the only drawback of our college therefore i had no internship experience. Campus placement is not there in our college.

Job oppurtunities were not good at all. No company came to our college for campus placement. Still i got the job at my own capability.

Cultural programs were organised there as college helds youth festival. Youth festival were awsome as different colleges participate in them. Different dance forms were performed there. Students perform very well.

Fee structure was feasible. it was not expensive. Sorry i dont remember the exact figures but i ensure that it was not expensive at all. Moreover they give special discounts to poor people.

No i dont know any of the scholarship facility provided by our college. It provides scholarships but i personally dont know. Neither i know anything about any kind of loan facility provided by our college.

Campus life is good. There are almost equal girls as of boys. Our college is good in sports. Our college supports sports very much. Our college has a lot of teams such as football team, netball team. cricket etc etc. And the teams were not only of boys but of girls too.

Hostel facility is not there in our college.mostly students are of nearby places. Therefore there is no need to provide accomodation facility to them. Students doesnt come here from far places. Canteen was there and it provides snacks only.

No alumni meet was held till now in our college. They dont organise any alumni meet. But in college days we had good interaction with our seniors. As we had cleberated many times as fairwell parties, tours etc.

At that time exams were held on half yearly basis.college days were not hectic. We really chilled out those days.

Faculty was awsome that time.some of our teachers were known writers. They had written a lot of books mainly in the field of accounts. Staff is excellent. They take good care of students wants and needs.
