Remarks

Admission is via the aspirant's NEET rank. The all-India cut-off for general went till around 5k, proving for it to be an above-average college. There is no other criteria apart from your performance in neet.

Course Curriculum Overview

Great teachers, sufficient faculty in all departments varying from SRs to professors. Everyone has an amazing hold on their subject and clinical exposure is also immensely promoted. Classes are taken religiously and the campus doesnt have a single problem, probably might be the best campus in north India

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for one year in mbbs course are 50k with an additional 10k during the first year. Hostel fees is around 27k per year and thats about it. The total tuition fees comes around to about 2.5L which is affordable in comparison to other states

Campus Life

Life at the campus is good. Although it is a bit strict during the first year due to anti raggin protocols, the rest is satisfactory. Badminton courts, basketball courts, football grounds are all available. There are various clubs for non physical activities as well. Annual fests are held intra and inter college wise for ex connexus

Hostel Facilities

Single rooms are available with a small chance of dorm rooms in case of excess students. The first year hostels are separate due to anti ragging protocols. After that the other batches all stay together

Likes

Campus is very big and surrounded by many mountains
Herbal garden contains many herbal plants
Different menu each day, Unlimited food, Everyday non-veg except Friday, Sweets and Ice Creams, and about the taste “it is better than most of the high rated hotels”. It is not a buffet system, servers will serve the food to each and every student.

Dislikes

Don't have good transport facility and situated in very backward area
Buildings are olds and have very unhygienic washroom
No big ground and sport facility in college no gym and laundry

Course curriculum is very fine and elaborated This curriculum is very good help students to prepare for competitive exam By removing topic which is not correlate with syllabus Every month periodic test after 6 months term test And after 16 month final exam

Likes

Campus is supper good availability of one recreational hall
CSA organizes various events every year fest
Ganpati pujan and uris fest and prakram sports fest

Dislikes

Mess food isn't tht good and not hygienic
Hostel toilets are not upto the mark but can be dealt with
College has a certain school like environment whoch becomes toxic

Course curriculum which is set by the National Medical Commission of india. It is very much apt according to learning and partical time Every day 3hr clinical posting in different departments since 2nd year helps us learn a lot

Medical College in Nahan

Remarks:

College lacks infrastructure there is construction going on which will solve the problem of this infrastructure related issue. Some faculties are overburdened due to teaching plus running OPD doing Operations and administrative work. So additional faculty is required. Nahan is a small place with no theatre and malls, small food joints are there where you can munch on. 2 or 3 restaurants are there.

Remarks:

Well the faculty is great and they are some of the best in entire state. But some buildings are old and need to be renovated. A new complex is under construction and hope to be operationalise by the end of the year.

The college is top college of my state and I have heard that teaching is very excellent in this college and it is true. Every year there is an exam Neet Ug The eligibility of the exam is you have to pass or ongoing 12 examination. The cutoff depends upon the various States if you want to pursue the fbbs in a reputed college then you have to score under 5000 or 10000 only rank. You will definitely get the reservation on the exam there is a 27% OBC category and respective in SC and ST category.
