Remarks

The admission process is really good. Students having a valid KEAM rank can get other fee reductions and get on management and merit seats. Those who don't have a valid KEAM rank can approach NRI seats. The admission procedure is like before about 1 month after the college start management and new seats can be occupied. Merit seats fills in by allotments.

Course Curriculum Overview

-» I chose this course because I liked computer science very much. I chose computer science as my plus one plus two. My ambition is to become a software engineer. -» Higher number of students are in Computer science and Mechanical branches. Civil, EEE, and ECE have below 25 students. There are enough faculties to teach. all the faculties are much better. If there is a foreign student the faculties teach both languages. There is a doubt-clearing session after each lecture. I am satisfied in faculties teaching side. There are 2 series of exams conducted before the sem exams. These 2 series of exams decide the internal mark of the student. Series exams are not that tough after each 2 and half-module there are series exams. SEM exams are a tough one. Not all the subjects but some of them.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am a second-year student(S3). Internships are mainly starting from S4. Because of that with no experience in it, I don't know much about the name of companies and their offers. there are so many companies that offer internships with a stipend and without a stipend also. But I am not aware of it

Placement Experience

When the students reach semester S5 and if the students don't have any back papers they are well eligible for placements. A wide range of companies visits the college for placement offers. The salary packages vary from 5-20 lacks per annum. Main companies TCS, Allianz, Wipro, CloudQ, etc Mostly all the students who don't have any back papers get placed in different companies. After getting the degree I like to do a master's in computer science in a foreign country like Canada. After that to find a job in Canada or India.

Fees and Financial Aid

Got some financial assistance with the Plus one and plus two marks. If you have an 85% in physics maths and chemistry you will get a fee reduction of 20000/- per year. Didn't get any other scholarships or stipends.

Campus Life

Each year there is a tech fest named EQUINOX. Which is really awesome. Most of the time this fest is conducted outside the college in a luxurious way. The library has a large number of books. Clubs run by students-» NSS, NCC, Environmental clubs, etc.

When i contacted this college for admission process their approach were not good. Also students from that college said that the teaching faculties are not that good at teaching. Also the distance of college were long when compared to LMCST college.

Good life memory

Likes

College ambience was too attractive. Friendly atmosphere ആൻഡ് very nice hidden spots and food spots inside the college
The faculty was too supportive and encouragive nature that was also in studies and extra curricular activities also that be very kind of them
There is not only aim to study but also encourage the extra activities. The management was also very supportive to students and also the faculties.

Dislikes

There is very strict to attendence. There was not to bunk the class every hour there will take the attendence and there will be absent they autimaticaly send sms to registerd phone
There is too many exams and assignments that will be little bit problem for students
Canteen facilities little bit bad in my college life time. There was not that much food veriety

Placement Experience:

From 6 th semester onwards campus placement taken. There was coming in bcs, infopark, wipro, etc. Companies are mainly appeared and also many other companies came select many students. The main companies take students in cutoff 8.5or9 cgpa. And some other compnies take students they have backpapers.

The overall environment here is great. Students coming from different backgrounds make us more capable of meeting new people who have different ideas and that makes things easier,apart from achieving technical greatness ,curtain clubs are here
These clubs gives opportunities to gain new skills and to showcase our existing skills, sports clubs are also present which will help improve skills in sports
Cultural clubs , technical clubs are also present here to aid in your interest

Placement Experience:

Upon reaching s7 students are invited for campus placement but they have to pass different criteria to become eligible for attending the interview, a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and academic skills a these are the basic requirements and an aptitude test will be given and in further selection these criteria are looked. I plan on pursuing a job after completing by btech. More than half the students in a batch are getting placed usually.

Students can get internships from First sem. Students become eligible from 7th sem for campus placement . The average package begins from 15000/- to most highest package of 25000/-. The percentage of students getting paced is 20-30%.I have been planiing to go to higher studies.

Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature

Dislikes

The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university. Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt) We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

The college provides a good atmosphere to truly get a job in the competetive world if we are willing to work for it.
They heavily monitor attendance to make sure that you take your classes so that you perform well in your exams
The facilities provided by the college are good as there are several labs and workshops for hands-on experience

Dislikes

The campus life can get boring and it feels like we are in a rat race.
Some teachers can be a bit apathetic towards the students.
The number events that encourage social interactions in not many

The students are elegible for campus placements from the 7th semester and almost all students get placements provided they don't have any subject yet to clear at the time of placement. There are several companies that visit the college for recruiting including but not limited to TCS, CTS,etc,.

The campus is a package pf greenery and the culteral events conducted there are good at the end

The hostel mess and the food is a bit not good from my opinion
The hostel doesn't have adequate wifi to accommodate the entire strength of students residing there
