We have such lovely faculty members in our college.
There are occured a sports programme in every year .
Our college campus is very clean and well furnished.

Dislikes

Our college campus is very short they have no play ground.
Our canteen is too short to provide the meal to many students at a time.
There are no gym in our college and no swiming pool.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have a personal interest on this course and it has a bright future on this course. Faculty: student ratio 600:50 . We have a good relation with faculty. They are very helpful and caring. They showed lots of love to us .

Class Size: 400Course Fees: INR 97000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of this course is 97000 rupees per year . We have to paid 3.96 lac for this 4 year course. We got swamivivekananda scholarship. We can get job in quality control, quality assurance , research and development in industry .

Campus Life

Our college has been conduct a national seminar there we got some idea about pharmacy line and health care a global transformation from traditional to modern era . We got mar point on the basis of extra curricular activities.

Admission

Should be from Science background with 60% marks Gave a application form from wbjee which is filled up with 500 rupees fees . There is no reservation benefits . There is no improvement required in the admission process .

My college BCDA COLLEGE OF PHARMACY AND TECHNOLOGY is a very reputable and good college for education and placement. Students who are allready completed the 7th semester are eligible for campus placement drive. There are many companies are visited for interview and placement offers. Alkem, Sun Pharma, Alembic, Torrent, Glenmark and other companies are came for interview. The package are mainly around 1.8-2.6 LPa in average. forty percent students are prepared themselves for interview and others are looking for higher education and others are prepared for other services.

This is the oldest Pharmacy college in India

Remarks:

The college is a good college it is situated beside the district hospital and there is morgue beside it. So students will se many dead bodies been taken. This may be problem for weak heart students. But I thing for a pharmacists he/she should be able to see dead bodies.

Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri is the 1st Pharmacy college in Asia. This is the only one government college in West Bengal. Labs infrastructure is very poor. 100% Placement are done. Our college is very good Pharmacy college in India.

By WBJEE or AIEEE exam you have got a rank for admission in this college.There are 3 concealing process by the wbjee rank card. Then you have to varify your document in reporting centre , after that you go to the college for the admission.
