Course Curriculum Overview
They have a really good curriculum for us they prepared us for real-life world experience and the subjects of the courses are also good for the students so they have good knowledge about that. The examinations are held in every 6 months both internal and external exam. And difference between the dates of both exams is between 1 to 4 weeks. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies are visited there for the internships like Godrej they give students an offer of Rs.35000 per month for a year as a trainee and after 1 year students get a promotion and get a minimum of 5.5lakh per annum and above according to their work.
Placement Experience
From 5th semester students are eligible for the placements. Various companies are visited the campus like TCS, Godrej, HDFC bank, ICICI prudential, etc. average package is approx between 3 to 4 lakh per annum. I plan to pursue MBA after my bcom Hons.
Fees and Financial Aid
When I got admission the fees is 20,000 per semester or 40,000 per year and I recently seen that there is no change in fees structure everything is same, no hikes in fees. The complete cost of b.com hon. In GLS University is 1,20,000. I don't know about scholarships of GLS.
Campus Life
Various programs are held there like navratri, rainbow week, etc.Librabry of this college is also really good where we can easily read books. In a single classroom there are 4 ACs also there. There is very good opportunity for the sports and extracurricular activities.
Admission
If a student passed 12th standard with score of 60% or above then he/she can easily get admission in GLS University for the B.com Hons. Program. The application program is available in their official website where we can fill the application form and when you submit the form in 7 days you get call from the college about your admission.
Faculty
I didn't know about faculty and student ratio but overall faculties are really good and many faculties done PHD in their particular fields and some are CAs also. If I was in any doubt and stucked in a problem related to college I easily contact with my mentor and he always helped me.
Other Applied Colleges
B K School of Business Management | Master of Business Administration [MBA] (Finance)
Because fees of BK school of management is lower than GLS University.
