Likes

Clinical exposure is very high even more than Rims. Professors and HODs are highly qualified.

Dislikes

Canteen doesn’t open at night which is the biggest problem.
Library only open up to 9PM. But the Library is too good.
Too much exams…Exams will play a devils role in your mbbs life.

So here we are.. I already told you in terms of clinical aspect my college is too good. Ward postings starts from 2nd year only. But Exams sucks man...you have to give too many exams and that is good actually

Internships Opportunities

After completing 4th year which 3rd professionals part 2 exam it is mandatory for each and every student that he/she must perform his duties as an intern for one year. Workload is too much bcz of no seats of Pg till now.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is too good. It depends on the number of students who are there join immediately after completing mbbs. Many students prefer to prepare for Neet pg exam that is why whoever seeks the job get it. V

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is approximately 9800 per year. Hostel fee is 4800 per year. Additionally you have to pay 5050 at the time of your final exams each year for university form. You can avail central funded scholarships or state like e Kalyan scholarship.

Campus Life

Seniors are very helpful especially in this course you'll always need guidance of your seniors. Lab facilities are good. There are many books and journals in library. Annual sport and fest( Antraagni) occur each year in December and January.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities is government provided. You can also opt to choose if you want to live in rented rooms. Everything is available in hostel. Mess quality is okay. You will get a bed a table a chair with cushion a book rack an almirah and a balcony too.

Hostel Fee: INR 4800 per year

Admission

You have to clear Neet ug exam after your 12th. Before that you have to opt for biology in 11th. Neet is conducted by NTA. For General and OBC category 620+ marks is required and for SC/ST category around 500 marks is needed.

Faculty

All faculties are very professionals and highly qualified. Most of them are post graduate. Faculty to student ratio is 1:10 or 15. You can always approach to your respective subject teachers they're always ready to help.

Best medical Institute Of Jharkhand

Likes

Faculties are experienced and well versed in their respective fields.
Clinical exposure is excellent due to high patient inflow in the hospital
Regular ward visits and practical sessions enhance hands-on learning

Dislikes

While most faculty members are knowledgeable their availability for one on one mentorship can be inconsistent
Some more modernised labs could be enhance learning
Whiel internships are strong, structure guidance for international placements and USMLE/PLAB preparation could be improve

Placement Experience:

RIMS Ranchi being a Government Medical College primary focus on providing clinical exposure and preparing student for internships and post graduate exam. While concept of campus placement is more common in engineering for MBBS students placement opportunities typically revolve around intensive government services and post graduate admissions

Academics and faculties and professors ..
The classroom .. and SGD classes .. and our academic building
Our stadium , our campus , our hostel and our ground

Dislikes

Lack of water filter instead we have to pay for water
Lack of canteen ( common ) for boys and girls
Lack of coordination between different departments

Course Curriculum Overview:

The current mode of our curriculum is CBME based that is competency based which has lessen the quantity of syllabus of mbbs course . This made the work of professors easy and the we as a students easily understand any topic and is easy for us in exam too .

Infrastructure, It's hostel facility and rooms are well maintained. Bathrooms are well built too and they clean it everyday
Academics, Professors are very experienced and do have a vast knowledge about their respective topics.
Extra activities, it gives many opportunities for the extra curricular activities like singing, dancing, sports, writing, paintings etc.

Dislikes

Its location, it is located in the outskirts of deoghar city which is quite far from the market
Gender ratio, It is 3:1 boys to girls, which is present in almost all the other AIIMS
Mess food, quality is good but the problem is variety. Weekly menu doesn't change according to the month or season and you have to eat with the same weekly menu for whole year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mbbs, itself is self explanatory and its vast use and application, which is quite beneficial for the society and also for the person to be financially independent and good. Mbbs is the stepping stone for the medical science journey, one have many different paths according to their interests.

Awesome life in pmch

Remarks:

As mess is private in this college, the standard of mess is of very poor quality. Infrastructure of college is awesome and a complete green campus. Eco friendly campus where u can have all around developments. Take admission there and have a memorable life there.
