Likes

There are very good staff members . They do their all efforts and they complete our syllabus on time
They have good system for discipline and have full healthy condition
My college has celebrate many events on every occasion and every festival with great enthusiasm

Dislikes

Their is no scope of placement and jobs for the students
They never have a good and big campus and not to much areas and field of support
They never organised any campaign or other out door tour for students

They have a good course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensive. But there are some drawback also they never provided placement and internship opportunity for students . They have to provide students more opportunities and internship and also adopted new technology method of studies

Internships Opportunities

They provide only chamber visit and courts visit intership and other things they don't provide any other opportunities to students they have no links with company and never offered any intership opportunity to students. They gave presentation and assignment to check outcome of students

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 50000 for one year in my college. So I have a five year course so the total amount of fee is almost 250 lakhs. I pursued BALL.B from Dogra law college in jammu. My college increase fee every year with extra fees there is no quote system in our college

They have good focusing on social aspects like awareness program and all they also have Nss club and Ncc they provide a small infrastructure they have to work on that ana allover I have a good experience

Admission

My college have a good curriculum system from others college of my city they have a very intelligent and supportive faculty. The process of taking admission is under the university and students have to pass a exam on which they have taking admission

Faculty

There are very good faculty and they provide a good overview for all the student all the teachers are sharing good bonding with all the student and their relationship with students were so great and they provide abundance of knowledge to us

The experience of my masters degree during my study years

Likes

I was font of the library.because it was beneficial for students
The atmosphere in our university was friendly and calm
The faculties of our university was expert in their own subject

Dislikes

I was not interested in playing football
I was not interested in taking hostels.hostel was not good
I didn't like to meet other faculty.because of the separate ness

I was interested in psychology and I choose to be a psychologist.The psychology was very interesting subject and very high rated.That is why I choose it.i have done masters in psychology. Teaching methods and curriculum was innovative. Frequency and timing of exams was so good

Likes

I really like the freedom you feel while on campus. Nobody bothers of disturbs you.
Helpful faculty, the teachers and other staff members are mostly friendly and kind
The students are really good. I faced no ragging or bullying from my senior. Infact I was welcome from the very first day.

Dislikes

The infrastructure needs some work, and updates.
Library needs to be updated regularly, it needs massive improvement.
Some sort of favouritism does exist, but not enough to be a huge issue.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is pretty relevant in my opinion. With tha changing political landscape it's necessary that we have capable law men. However the exams are too frequent. The syllabus completion barely touches the mark.

Likes

the infrastructure of college is good ,also the semester fee is fair ,
but the faculty good ,also the library is well maintained,the canteen is properly maintained
the students are also good ,the environment is also very friendly very secular,the proximity is also very manageable, teachers are very helpful

Dislikes

the location of college is not very good ,
the university is very improper when it comes to exams , results , datesheet
the college don't have it's own hostels so it creates problems for students who comes form other districts to tackle this problem

Course Curriculum Overview:

when i was in my high school i decided to go into the law field, because when in day to day life we see a lot of negative things which needs to be rectified,so for that purpose i preferred law and i got admission in this college,the course is very good students are very sharp.

Likes

Library is good and having vast number of books, journals,etc.
Academic block is nice and quality professors are there to teach.
College is maintained good, neat and clean

Dislikes

Desks are not stable and hence are broken

There is vast scope in this course and i preferred it. It prepares is for the challenge which we are going to face in future and real world. Improvement in course curriculum is to have practicals very efficiently and teaching methods must be in a way that students must feel easy and interesting Frequency of exams is twice in a year

Reality to dogra college

Likes

One things is that the interactions between the faculity and the student is excellent.
Proper facilities for students is there, as no one could suffer for such things
Many of the activities are been performed like cultural prgrames and all

Dislikes

I didn't like the canteen as its too costly and need more improvement in food , should arrange more options
College doesn't organises camps and many more tour for students
Tymings are very annoying as one class is of 50 mins thats too boring as no one can give or take lecture for 50 mins continuously

I choose this college over other , the main reason is study as teaching is good and no students except those 10 - 20 irregular ones gets fail in examinations, as i have to travel for 1: 30 hr to go to college but still for the study purpose i choose it . Teaching methods are normal should be improved . Exams are set bt the university and also held in universities soo have difficulty level to normal sometimes n sometimes get over

Amazing Place to study

Study environment is very good. I liked the overall behaviour of professors and students.

B A LLB is a professional degree and will help me build my career in legal line. I am very happy that I studied from this University and will shape my future. The staff was very qualified and helped me in overall development whether it's academic section or motivation. Everyone is very friendly

Literally nothing..I don't like anything about my college

Dislikes

Everything.. faculty is not worth it. I don't like anything
I hate everything about that college .... Studies, faculty, no extra curricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course because I wanted to study law. There are about 125 students and 6 subjects. Some teachers are PhD holders while few of them only have masters in a specific subject. Teaching method is quite old school and not satisfactory

I didn’t the infrastructure of the college
The faculty was so rude and didn’t behave good to the students
I didn’t like the principal of the college as he is not good at all

I choose BA.LLB law course by my choice The student faculty ratio is 10:9 The faculty are LLM and are some of them are persuing phd Term exams was happening after 6 months and it is too difficult to pass the exams as the university faculty marking got hard

One of the good colleges in Jammu and Kashmir for Law

Placement Experience:

As such they are no big companies that offer placements in the college. But few advocates Come to college and of the students to work under them as an intern Which really helps them to provide guidance which is required to build up their future. It has the facility of moot court which really helps students to grind themself and become a better version of themselves.

I first applied to Chan Univ and I passed the entry plus aid test. I took the seat too. But later I found that the campus is very far and the fee plan is very high. The aid did not help in a real way. It was only aid by name. Then I came to know of Dogra College. It is seen as good when we match it with other places in J and K. The study is also good. So I chose to take a seat there. Before, Jammu Univ was in charge of entry. But now the place has self rule. So seat is on a first come first serve plan. One who comes first gets the seat. If not, then there are mgmt seats. For entry, you only need to pass from your study line. Before, seat was based on CUET score. But now, as it has self rule, CUET is not a must.
