Choosing and pursuing the Computer Engineering course was my personal choice as from the school academics I've scored well in computer subjects and then going through and according to the faculty now i can easily break the mind twisting logics into simpler forms and display it. As from the above review I'm very well prepared for the interviews and working in the company's environment. The major improvement i want the college to do is to perform mock interviews so that it could beat the fear out of students who can easily get depressed after getting rejected. Now talking about exams timings then when half of the syllabus gets completed then first internal exam appears and when the another half syllabus is completed the second internal exams appears and while in between the time of second internal exam form is generated for the appearance in the final exam.

As the college comes under GTU Gujarat Technological Universities,the colleges offers internship in government sectors and also offers in private Companies they've tied up with. The stipend depends on the company we're going to do internship in. The internship is of either 3 or 6 months first will be training session and then they will shift us to the live project the company's currently working on.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies visited were L&T, Reliance, Arcelor Mittal, etc. About 50-to-60 % students gets placement and the remaining students wishes to pursue further education. Highest package offered were 350000 and average package offered were about 250000 - 300000. My current plan is to pursue B.Tech.

As far as i know each semester fee were Rs.21,500 and Yearly fee was 43,000 and this was for the general categorized student but those who belonged from SC/ST/OBC have a enormous cut off in terms of fee as they've to pay only the extracurricular fee such as for industrial visits and all. Also there were also opportunity for those students who came from under privilege home could apply for scholarships and can get the fees reduced to 5,000 or something.

The annual festivities are sports week wherein there is an entire week with indoor and outdoor sports in it with 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes, certification of merit and participation. The library is huge and there are all types of books of all the branches and its specific fields and books are issued and borrowed on the account of student's enrollment number. The Computer labs are heavily Air Conditioned with high end Computer Systems and a projector. There is a sports period every week regardless of semester.

The other colleges i applied to for pursuing diploma were Parul University, Butler, Sigma, KJIT, KPGU,etc. I got admission approval from all of the above colleges but the reasons were Parul was Highly Expensive and far in kms, Butler's reviews were not good, Sigma Students were aggressive in nature, KPGU is at the highway side and my parents didn't allowed me to drive to college through highway so i rejected it. Then i took admission in RMS which was not that far the fees were moderate and there were no entrance exams and only eligibility they require are the students with medium to high percentage in 10th standard.

The Faculties are really kind and humble to us students as they also provide guidance on how to move forward and the relationship between the students and Faculties are just like mentor-to-mentee. There aren't any Faculties to not like as after some time students will become a team members to the faculty as their team leader. Now talking about exams there comes two internal exams and one external or to say more accurate final exams and the difficulty level depends on the students practice and problem solving skills. As about 95 percent students clears the exams and gets promoted to the next semester and those 5 percent students who were unable to clear the exams also gets promoted to the next sem but the subject they failed in will be considered as backlog and the student have to reappear for the remedial exam in order to clear the backlog and even the score with other students.
