You can get to do so much practicals to understand the throry.
Facilities are good that you can ask your doubts easily.
Programs and events also happens time to time.

Dislikes

You have to buy the chemicals or any necessary thing you are going to do in the lab.

Course Curriculum Overview

Doing B.sc. in biotechnology can give you so many scope for future. I'm basically a NEET aspirants so I only want to do this course for backup but after knowing the opportunity and scopes , i think this is a good course. Tge timmings for the exam are 3hrs on the basis of subject like there are honours and subsidiary paper.

Class Size: 47Course Fees: INR 16500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee structure of course B.sc. biotechnology is ?16500. No other charges than this. And it is same for all the category ( general, OBC, SC, ST). You can also get scholarship known as PMS ( Post matric scholarship) and NSP ( National scholarship portal).

Campus Life

The department based programs only held on the agreement og HOD of our department other than that college held program on the vasisi of occasions like holi, independence day, republic day, and much more.

Admission

I applied to this college because from how much I know the faculty of this course in this make you to so mych lab work to make you understand and it so much fun. And tge eligibility criteria to apply for this course that you have to do your 10+2 from biology and score more than 75%.

Faculty

Faculties are good that you can easily ask them about your course related doubts. My favorite ma'am is Mamta sinha of our subject Immunology because she makes us do interesting lab work. And she makes us understand any practicals so easily and we enjoyed it alot. You'll only have to give exams early. 1st yr is little bit easy. Mostly related to 10+2 syllabus. You ca easily understand. But in 2nd and 3rd yr, the syllabus got vast as you have to go deep in topics.

I like course fee and distance program of this college everyone should like this
Infrastructure have so many things including campus Aminities
College have some extra curriculum activity which may affect on children

Dislikes

Management and dean behaviour is very bad
Not so well much cleaned area college should must focus on this
Sitting arrangement of exam is very bad when I give exam I realise another year student have also seating behind me

Course Curriculum Overview:

The environment of the college and its canteen is very bad.Colleges should pay attention to this because it is not safe for girls.Rest of the campus etc. maintains its value.In this, studies are done in the open only, studies are done from a distance only, one has to go only during the examination time.

My college life

Likes

Huge campus with nice environment and location infront of railway station that is always easily reachable
Well and educated professors who were very helpful throughout the course
Canteen was also the good thing where we can avail foods and snacks in break period

Dislikes

Canteen prices was little higher which is not so good as a student point of view
Session runs late and they conduct examination very late
Other than these things there was lack of sport activity

I was interested in science from childhood so i was keen interested in choosing bsc course with physics honours The course helped me a lot in real life as it helps me to prepare competitive exams and i dont have to take extra courses The teaching method was good but the practical teaching was avergae

Life at college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen this course because in a government job this department offers a great choice to become an officer in the Indian government. Approximately a faculty to student ratio is 15:90. All the faculties are well qualified and have a great teaching method. Exams are after every year and it is quite easy to pass the exams after completing the syllabus.

Because I could not crack neet exam. After that most of student prefer bsc. Agr. Campus and its scenic beauties. Because of some financial problem, my situation could not allow me to prepare for neet. And it was also told there is lot of scope in agricultural.

College where dun begins and learning never ends.

Remarks:

Positive things: College has a large field and infrastructure who allows you to do anya extra stuffs outside the College campus. College students and management are too good. Negative: There is lack of staffs due to which some students have to work as staffs in order to fix the issues.

Remarks:

The college is good with experienced faculties,equipped labs,cultural activities,good infrastructure etc. but the placement & internship scenario in college is not so good, it doesn't placed students of B.C.A, in basic science courses no internships & placements were provided to us by college so college should work on internships and placement side. I was a student of 2009-12 batch in this college in B.S.C(zoology),overall it was a good experience in the college.
