Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was made by Nmc and all medical colleges have to follow it. The new curriculum aiims to more specific to clinical aspects rather than only theoretical knowledge.so it's good for us. Every year curriculum modifies and for each batch there is something new. Many subjects which are in 3rd year of mbbs previously were now in final year of mbbs.
Internships Opportunities
You have to do Internship in same college and also during internship you can be posted in nearby pch. During internship you will be posted in each clinical department for some duration to gain knowledge and experience from there.
Fees and Financial Aid
At the time of admission in 1st yr approx Rs27000 fees you have to pay without hostel (including all the tution,caution, registration, admission charges)and with hostel approx Rs40000. Fees will not increased after admission for you if it get's increased it will only increased for the next batch not for already admitted batch.
Campus Life
Every year we have annual fest of our college which will almost of 15-20 days. Apart from that we also celebrated sarswati puja,dandiya night,new year, holi, janmashtami, and many more festivals. Facilities in classroom available are: Ac,projector We have journal club in our college which have started this year. In sports we have inter and intra college competition at the time of cfd and inter Batch competition also at different time for cricket, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, basketball.
Hostel Facilities
In college campus hostel you will get furnished single/double room without bed ,matress, table, chair,fan In hospital campus hostel you will get well furnished single /double room with everything like bed,table, matress, chair. You can rent a flat/pg nearby college campus as In 1st year generally boys will not het any room inside campus.
Admission
I have also applied many colleges in counseling and got colleges in west bengal from All india quota but I have chosen Nmch,patna which I got from state quota because I wanted to stay in bihar and patna colleges were nearby to my home. From state quota I have applied for Igims and pmch also but didn't get it.
Faculty
There will be 2 semester in each year and 1 pre-proff exam before the final university exam. Faculties are very knowledgeable here and there were many senior faculty in our college. If you have any doubts you can ask to faculty.
