Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum is highly relevant as it prepares the students effectively I chose Sociology course and it needs improvement in the quality of Projectors And Implementing strick rules in keeping the bathroom clean.

Fees and Financial Aid

Detailed structure is 28000 For the Total of three year course. No idea about the tuition fees, caution fees, register fee, development fees, lap fees and the fees of my benchmates for categories other than mine.

Campus Life

4

We have Cultural and Literary day in month of March, we have sports week in the month of September, and Teachers day on 5th of September. We can get access to any books and journals available in Library provided we don't lost it, we can borrow the books for 10 days. There are fans and Projectors placed in every Classrooms. The sports community organised sports week in September where the compitition include Volleyball (both male and female), Football (male), Basketball (both female and male),and other athletics. There is Student council which maintains the rules and regulations and the discipline on the students, because of them in power students follow the rules and regulations and maintain good discipline within college.

Admission

No i didn't choose any other College before taking admission in my college I chose this college because the faculties are better then compared to other colleges and it has better teachings stuff compared to other colleges. Admission process is fast and easy and the minimum percentage is around 60% of your last examination i.e, class 12

Faculty

4

The faculty members are all friendly and helpful when the students needs help. Personally i like the teaching stuff more but the Faculty members are always there to assist and help the students. My favourite Teacher is Mam Aola who understands and helps the students in every expects

Interview Experience

3

No, there was no interview or Group discussions for the admission, we were admitted based on our marks and eligibility of our course and the minimum requirement was about 65% of our last exam. And minimum marks for our course was 40%

Night Life

5

There is no gym in college but the cafeteria and library closed off after the class hour is over and the public area is always open 24/7. The class Starts at 12 noon till 4 p.m from Monday to Wednesday and 8 Am to 12 noon for thrusday and Friday. Well personally for my Group our favourite hangout place is the Cafeteria where we get Toast Bread. And the Locality is the safest you will ever find in any College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ever since I was a kid I was always interested in studying history. Infact it was my favourite thing to study. I took up this course because It's fun to study history. As an aspirant taking up history helps me to be more aware of the dates and names for the competitive exams. I think there are no improvements or changes to be made in this course as the lectures teaches so well. If you are taking history as your honors then I suggest you to study everyday and not wait for the last moment as this course is very vast and not easy for one night preparation

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm not sure why I chose this course but yeah I did.....what I am able to tell you is that I was quite a little pushed by people saying that this course would be more important incase I wanted to pursue further studies outside or wanted to appear for civil services .some of the improvements I would like to bring for this curriculum is it would have been better if we were made to study more practically.. maybe bringing some practical learning woul have helped rather than only studying in theory. It would also have been better if the teaching was based on how he/ she wanted the students would have made proper connection rather than being too serious at all times.and I would also have loved it if they would not ask random questions to Radom studies albeit their reluctance I know you want to engage but it makes the students not want to attend the class..... rather you can ask questions and the ones interested can answer you or you can continue on with your class after clarifying your answe

Remarks:

It's packed with the best faculty and also it's the nearest college from where I stay. It has an amazing environment and noise pollution free. It's easy to find transportation also. The college has a lot of extra curriculum activities and provides even counseling. I took up Sociology because I grew up believing I would become a social worker. The college has also produced a good number of toppers and is considered one amongst the most cleanest college in Kohima.
