NTU Singapore NPGS Pays Indian PhD Scholars SGD 4300 Monthly Applications Close 31 July 2026NTU Singapore has set the international PhD stipend at S$4,300 a month under the Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship, revised from January 2026. The nomination-only award covers full tuition plus allowances and closes on 31 July 2026 for the January 2027 intake. Only up to 30 doctoral places open each academic year.
