IIT Bhilai Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

IIT Bhilai, established in 2016, has shown promising placement results despite being a new institution. The highest package offered has reached up to 60 LPA, with an average package around 14-17 LPA. Approximately 80-90% of students who participate in the placement drive secure job offers. Major companies such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, L&T, and Accenture Japan have participated in the campus placements. The placement cell is active in preparing students through training and mock interviews.

Internships are also a significant focus, with opportunities starting from the first year and stipends ranging from 10k to 1.3 lakh per month. The institute has successfully managed to invite over 150 companies, with a notable increase in the number of recruiters and salary packages each year. The placement prospects are especially strong for Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, whereas Mechanical Engineering sees fewer opportunities, leading some students to opt for higher studies.
