However, only one scholarship can be availed at a time (the higher of the two will be applicable). Additionally, if you register and pay the first instalment by May 31, 2026, you can also combine the Early Bird Registration (EBR) scholarship of 10% with your merit or CUET scholarship, as EBR is one of the exceptions that can be combined.
Ques. Is the hostel at Apex University located on the main campus, and what are the living conditions like?
Ans. The hostel is not located within the main campus premises. The boys' hostel is situated at the Sitapura campus, while the girls' hostel is at the Shipra Path, Mansarovar campus (ACG campus). Students have noted that the hostel is approximately 25-30 minutes walking distance from the main campus. Rooms are non-AC with double or triple sharing, equipped with a bed, study table, chair, and wardrobe. The mess provides 4 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner) and is reported to maintain good hygiene. The hostel fee is Rs. 15,000 per semester, excluding food charges.
