Q1. What is the eligibility for M.Sc Environmental Science at SKDU?
Ans. Candidates must hold a graduation degree (B.Sc or equivalent) from a recognised university with a minimum of 36% aggregate marks. Candidates with a background in Environmental Science, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Geography are preferred. Final-year graduation students may also apply provisionally.
Q2. What is the total fee for M.Sc Environmental Science at SKDU?
Ans. The total tuition fee for the 2-year programme is Rs. 51,000 (Rs. 25,500 per year). In addition, a registration fee of Rs. 1,000 and an exam fee of Rs. 3,000 are charged per year, bringing the total annual payment to approximately Rs. 29,500. Hostel charges are separate and optional.
Q3. Does SKDU require any entrance exam for M.Sc Environmental Science admission?
Ans. No mandatory entrance exam is required. Admission is primarily merit-based on qualifying graduation marks. However, CUET PG scores are accepted and may be considered during the selection process.
