MHU M.Sc Vegetable Science: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The 2-year programme covers vegetable crop agronomy and production systems, plant pathology, entomology, protected cultivation of vegetables, vegetable crop breeding and seed production, post-harvest management and value addition, soil nutrition for vegetables, and market-oriented production management. Ans. MHU offers 3 seats in Vegetable Science for Haryana domicile students and 1 seat under the ICAR all-India quota, totalling 4 seats in the programme. This is a small, research-intensive programme with close faculty-student interaction. Candidates must hold a B.Sc (Hons.) Horticulture, B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture, or equivalent with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/BC/EWS). All candidates must qualify in the CCSHAU CET and register on the MHU portal for counselling.
