STUDENT SATISFACTION RATINGS

STUDENT PERSPECTIVE ON NIAGARA UNIVERSITY

I chose Niagara University based on affordability, small class sizes, level of community involvement and the rank of the business school. I was a hard worker in high school and took honors and AP classes. My grades were good and I scored very well on the SAT. I had a lot of extracurriculars and was looking for a colleges where I could get involved as well.

Course Curriculum -

The curriculum is heavy in gen ed's but they are currently revising them. The liberal arts education aspect is valuable to me.

STUDENT SATISFACTION RATINGS

NIAGARA UNIVERSITY: NICE UNIVERSITY

It has a good ESL program, a great reputation, and high standards. I also wanted small class sizes and my advisors to know who I was. It is a private school with nice buildings, lots of history, and doesn't constantly beg for money.

Course Curriculum -

It does not align all that well with the NYS standards and is more academic based than experience based. You do a few lesson plans here and there but they do not prepare you for student teaching. the curriculum does not reflect ever-changing classrooms.
