One of my friend studying at SIU suggested me to apply for this college. She helped me in explaining the process involved with admission. I applied online for the course 9 months before I joined with an application fee of $65 which had to be applied using a credit card. I had applied to several other colleges in the U.S. The most difficult part for me during the admission process was to provide a financial bank statement of $40000 for the past 6 months. Since my friend had informed me before, I took up two different jobs to fulfilll the financial statement criteria. I had cleared TOEFL with a score of 570 and my GPA was also 3.0 which matched the other criteria for admission.
Course Curriculum :
The curriculum had two sections, one with a thesis and another nonthesis. I opted for a thesis program that was research-oriented and could help me in my doctoral program in the future. I am in the final year of this course. Along with 21 hours of ECE courses, we have 81 hours of law courses added to the curriculum and 9 hours of Law courses from the approved list of law courses summing it to 90 hours. The 9 hours law courses will be added to the ECE course to sum to 30 hours towards the MS degree.
I was browsing through different colleges on the internet as I was not sure where I would be able to study behavior analysis. I applied to different universities online. The application fee for SIU was $40 and I had to submit my transcripts from my previous high school and college and also a financial statement of 6 months. After almost 7 months I got a reply from them asking me to join. Normally we are asked to apply 9 months to a year before to get selected. As no other college had responded, I decided to join SIU.
Course Curriculum :
Behavior analysis and therapy is a degree which is demand. We had the privilege to practice the behavioral techniques in actual clinical settings .we were also allowed to visit animal laboratories which helped us in understanding the course better.
I always wanted to do my bachelor's in the USA and preferably somewhere in Illinois because New York is the hub of business management and accounting. I personally don't like the hustle and bustle of New York City. It is the busiest one and so I decided to apply to this university via its online portal and paid $40 for it.
Course Curriculum :
Our program consists of three segments, each one is designed for a specific purpose. The first segment is designed to provide a solid grounding in the liberal arts and sciences. The second provides the professional business score, which is required in all business majors. It includes accounting, finances, management, marketing, business law, technology, economics, communications, and maths required for the professional study of accounting. In the third segment, the core accounting consists of essential accounting material all accounting professionals should master.
I was looking for colleges in Business economics where I can work part-time to manage my expenses. My teacher recommended me this university. I applied for a few more universities other than this and I got admission offer from here. One of my relatives lives nearby the university that also helped me selecting this university.
Course Curriculum :
I am offered a course curriculum that is very comprehensive and helps me building the basic foundations of the economy. It also includes recent major events related to economics and guest lectures from the economists of various countries.
