The MS in Information Systems fits the career path of students interested in running an IT organization or managing information effectively through information systems. VISA & Work Study


International students requesting an I-20 must submit current (no earlier than 6 months prior to entry term) financial documents which include:

  • Original Bank Statement indicating available funds totaling $46,180 US Currency. Funds must be in a checking or savings account and the statement must be dated in the last 6 months.
  • Complete an Affidavit of Support if funds are from a source other than the applicant.
  • A photocopy of their passport or I-94 card.
  • A permanent international address.
  • Available funds must be in Savings, Checking, Certificate of Deposit, or Money Market accounts only.
  • Please note that if students are including a dependent(s) on the I-20, their bank statement must include an additional $5,000 for the first dependent and $4,000 for each additional dependent.

Work Study

F-1 and J-1 International Students are eligible to work on campus provided they are enrolled full–time. Students in J–1 visa status, however, must first obtain permission from International Student and Scholar Services (ISS) before beginning work. Students can have more than one job, but the total number of hours worked per week should not exceed 20 hours.
