The application does not guarantee that the student will get the preferred housing. Such requests must be submitted by July 1 for fall contracts and January 1 for spring contracts.
  3. Students can also select a dining plan along with their on-campus living options.
  4. For students under the age of 18, the contract must be accepted by their parent or legal guardian for it to be acceptable.
  5. There is a contract fee of 50 USD which is non-refundable and payable by the student within 3 weeks of contract.
  6. Lastly, the student must check their email for confirmation and room allotment information. Fall students will be updated in mid-July while spring students will get an update in mid-January.
